Do you have gluten-free cinnamon rolls?

Yes! But only on Saturdays and Sundays, usually about an hour after the doors open.
We also typically have a sort of savory roll on those days. Sometimes garlic-rosemary, sometimes pimento cheese-filled.

Oh, and they’re vegan too.

Can I place an order online / over the phone?

Nope, we are not equipped to handle extra orders on top of the traffic we receive in person. We appreciate your patience ordering inside the shop and do our best to get your orders out quickly without compromising on the quality of your drinks.

Also, pro tip: we often can’t get to the phone in time. It’s meant for general inquiries, not time sensitive requests or questions that require us to be on-site. Sometimes, an off-site staff member will answer.

Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 am - 7 pm
Sunday, 9 am - 4 pm

We are ALWAYS closed on Mondays. We close on some major holidays as well, but we keep hours pretty accurate on Google.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING GLUTEN-FREE?

EVERYTHING we make is gluten-free. Our kitchen is dedicated gluten-free, so there is no possibility of cross contamination. The entire drink menu is also gluten-free. We take extra care to source as many certified gluten-free ingredients as possible in addition to products not produced in a facility that also processes wheat (which can be a challenge).

One of main reasons we opened was to better serve the Celiac community in Pensacola.

We do have a few pre-packaged glutenous options in our drink cooler, such as our beer selection.

VEGAN OPTIONS?

Our cinnamon rolls and savory rolls! Weekends only.

All of our coffee drinks can be made vegan, with the exception of specific seasonal flavors that may contain necessary ingredients (which are called out). Oat and almond milk are available.

We occasionally bake some vegan specials, and you’ll definitely hear about it. Follow us on socials and stop by throughout the week to find a rotating smaller vegan selection.

Do y’all have any food?

Our primary focus is fresh gluten-free baked goods. If you are looking for a specific cuisine or type of restaurant, we have recommendations for nearby spots.

May i place a custom baked goods order?

Yes, as long as you give us at least 1 week’s advance notice. Contact us on Instagram for a quick response. We are typically able to make larger batches or slight modifications to our existing recipes but may not be able to accommodate brand new recipes for your occasion.

Are you pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, since we have a kitchen, pets are not allowed inside due to Florida health code. You may bring your pet with you to order, and we will bring your order outside. We provide free pup cups (whip cream) to make it up to them upon request.

Certified service dogs are obviously allowed.

Where do you get your coffee?

Our coffee beans are all locally sourced from specialty coffee roaster, Alla Prima Coffee, here in Pensacola.

We also use Florida-local Southern Craft Creamery cream top whole milk in our coffee drinks.

Our signature and seasonal syrup flavors are made in-house.

What sort of coffee do you have?

Espresso, decaf espresso, cold brew, and French press coffee (mornings only).

We can make almost anything on the menu hot or iced.

No frozen, blended, shaken, or cold foam drinks.

May I have a macchiato?

Sure thing. It will be a double shot of espresso with a bit of steamed milk on top. That’s the traditional Italian style. If you are referring to the large, sweet caramel misnomer, then we can make that too, but you’ll need to describe it that way to us.

do you have frappuccinos?

Nah, nothing frozen or blended here. We’ll make you a nice iced latte though.

Do you take reservations?

Nope! But there’s usually plenty of seating available. Please give us advance notice if you’re bringing a large group, if possible.
